My Birthday Weekend

I had a really nice weekend. Friday night we had a barbecue with my family. Dean made us some tasty burgers. After that we had some yummy strawberry pizza thanks to Sam and Eddie's Bakery.

I got some really nice gifts from my family. I am kind of a nerd so most of what I wanted was cleaning supplies.




Dean also gave me my gifts that night. One of them being this sweet ride.


So the next day we took the kids to my moms and we went for a bike ride. It was a lot of fun. I didn't make it very far being that I haven't been on a bike for more than 15 years.

After our bike ride we went to California Pizza Kitchen and had a good lunch.

After lunch we did a little shopping. We were pretty tired after that so we picked up the kids put them to bed and vegged out with some Panda Express and a movie.

Sunday we went to visit Dean's family. Wendy made a super fabulous chocolate sheet cake. (Pretty much heaven in a pan.) She gave me a nice card with a gift card to Gottschalks.
