Yesterday was the second time that Abby asked me when Grandpa Jeff was coming back. I have tried my best to explain to her that Grandpa is in heaven and he can't come back but that one day we will see him again. When she asked me about this a couple of weeks ago it was the first time that she cried about his death.
The picture in the post is the weekend before Jeff passed. We were lucky to get to spend a great day with him. Carter was not happy unless he was in Grandpa's lap driving the boat. I hope that we can help our children to remember the great times they spent with Grandpa Jeff.
